Madagascar Expedition: 1989

In 1989, I surveyed several areas of eastern rainforest in search of the hairy-eared dwarf lemur (Allocebus trichotis). I spent approximately two weeks in the Ranomafana National Park, and approximately a month and a half in the forested areas near Mananara. The other month of this trip was spent in Tana, as I waited (and waited) for permits.
