How to Get Help 

Submit a help ticket - Request help with a computer problem, order a computer, or ask a computer-related question. You can also send an e-mail to help@biology.duke.edu. The ticket submission form will not work outside of Duke's network. You will need the Duke VPN client on your machine.

Search the FAQ's - Search the Frequently Asked Questions database for "how-to" articles and computing policies. The FAQ site will not work outside of Duke's network. You will need the Duke VPN client on your machine.
