Computer Policy
The computer system of the Department of Biology is provided to support
biological instruction and research. In order to ensure that the system
is fully available for these purposes, the Department of Biology has established
the following policy on responsible use of its computer system. Violations
of this policy may lead to suspension of the user's account or referral
to the appropriate authority for disciplinary action. (Adapted from the

Since we are a department within the School of Arts and Sciences, we
will use the Arts and
Sciences Security Policy as a framework and define those areas specific
to Biology in our policy.
