These devices can only be checked out for research or class use.

EEOB and DCMB each will allow one device per type (camera, MAC laptop, PC Laptop) to be checked out and taken off campus if the unit has more than one device of that type. The others of that type will remain on site. The maximum time for off-campus use is one week. If the user will not be returning to campus, the device must be returned via Registered Mail or FEDEX and insured for $900, if a camera, and $2000, if a laptop. This will be at the user’s expense.

The user will agree to sign this statement: “I agree to be responsible for any damage or loss.”
