Catarina Moura sampling leaves from the canopy of the Loblolly Pine (Pinus taeda) forest at the Free Air CO₂ Enrichment (FACE) site in Duke Forest. The general goal of this work is to try to determine the effects of elevated CO₂ on gene expression.
