CREDA

The Center for Research on the Evolutionary Demography of Aging is dedicated to promoting a synthesis between the field of demography as practiced by ecologists and evolutionary biologists and as practiced by human demographers. Together with three other centers, CREDA forms the Duke Population Research Institute (DUPRI) led by James Vaupel, a member of the National Academy of Sciences and the Director of the Max-Planck Institute for Demographic Studies in Rostock, Germany.
