Thesis Project: Evolutionary genetics of Ceratodon purpureus

My dissertation work is focused on three questions:

  1. what is the role of natural selection in maintaining differences among populations;
  2. what is the genetic architecture of adaptive differences among populations; and
  3. what is the connection between adaptation and reproductive isolation?
