We have installed ISCO autosamplers at six permanent sampling locations on streams within nearby Duke Forest. The ISCOs are outfitted with continuously logging water level and velocity recorders and an attached continuously logging YSI minisonde (recording pH, Dissolved O₂, Temperature and Conductivity).
