I am fascinated by patterns in data and nature. Basic patterns of regulation in whole genome data sets are common to diverse organisms. Patterns of asymmetric cell division are also a prevalent developmental mechanism, including those of the Arabidopsis root ground tissue. I will describe and explore the transcriptional network of the ground meristem tissue in the Arabidopsis root. |
