 My
major research interest deals with the transcriptional network that
governs radial patterning and cell specification. I have developed
a ChIP-chip protocol for genome-wide identification of direct targets
of transcription factors in Arabidopsis roots. Using this method
direct targets by SHR and SCR are identified identified. I am also
taking other approaches in functional analysis of the SCR protein.
