 My
main research interests are in applying computation techniques to
understand biological networks. Currently I am trying to model and
visualize the transcriptional network involved in controlling the
yeast cell-cycle in collaboration with the Biological Networks group.
I am also interested in developing techniques for interactively mining
and visualizing large data sets.Back |
